Catering by ME was founded by Matthew Eades, a passionate professional chef with more than 15 years’ experience catering for events of all sizes.
A lifelong lover of great food, Matthew made the bold decision to leave his career as a Mechanical Engineer with a leading design consultancy to pursue his passion in the kitchen.
Starting from humble beginnings as a commis chef in a local restaurant and studying for a part-time cookery qualification, he has steadily built his expertise and reputation.
Today, Matthew leads the Catering by ME team, delivering thoughtful, high-quality catering for church Alpha courses, conferences, birthday celebrations, corporate events and many other occasions across West London and beyond.
